CREATIVE TASK 2017

Participants are required to prepare and present in front of the judges one cocktail inspired by Beluga Vodka taste, brand style and history. The cocktail shall be a perfect match to one of the appetizers created by Four Seasons hotel chef Matteo Guida and respect Beluga Vodka standards.

Slightly poached oyster,
grapefruit and seaweed

Marinated herring and cucumber tar-tar, bottarga and dry raspberry

Venison bresaola and vanilla poached quince mille-feuille
